The near full moon is setting just after dawn at the moment. Here it is captured just before it dips behind the Illawarra Escarpment, while the rising sun warms the cliff face.

Took a walk to McMahon’s Point to see the sun rise. There was very little cloud in the sky, but once the Sun touched the Opera House and the City, it made a cold winter’s day look lovely and warm.
